DETERMINING THE ORGANIZATIONAL LEVEL OF DIGITAL MATURITY FROM THE INTEGRATION OF AI IN THE SERVICE SECTOR IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

In recent years, in the context of digital transformation, the concept of "digital maturity" has been increasingly used. The purpose of this study is to determine the organizational level of digital maturity of organizations in the service sector in the Republic of Bulgaria, in the context of the integration of technologies based on artificial intelligence. The focus is on identifying the main aspects that facilitate or hinder the process of their successful integration and effective application. In connection with the set goal, an empirical study was conducted among managers and IT experts from selected companies in the sector, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
