Abstract

The design of renewable energy sources and their connection to the electrical grids at different voltage levels leads to changes in the mode parameters of the grid. Electrical energy losses are of both technical and economic interest. The report examines the most commonly used models for estimating electricity losses in low-voltage distribution networks, depending on the available data under operational conditions. It is proposed to use an improved model with increased accuracy, in the application of which the seasonality coefficient is taken into account.
