The current paper explores the transformative role of the digital tools and artificial intelligence in the field of mental healthcare. As global demand for psychological support outpaces the availability of human specialists, digital and AI-driven solutions offer a scalable bridge to fill this gap. The study examines the transition from traditional diagnostic methods to data-driven, predictive models. The research utilizes a comparative analysis of leading AI therapeutic platforms and evaluates the technical foundations of digital phenotyping and Natural Language Processing. Furthermore, the paper analyses the legal implications of the European Union's AI Act on high-risk medical algorithms.
