Abstract

A subject of this article is to model a vibroisolation system for a sterile air compressor. The goal is to investigate the main parameters involved in analysing the system, which consists of mounting structure, modelled as absolutely rigid body, the compressor itself, modelled by inertial mass, with disturbances in operational conditions. In the course of the study several vibroisolation techniques are investigated and a proposed strategy of using active damping mounts for the structure is given.
