Abstract

The article focuses on conducting a benchmarking study to identify and analyze good practices for integrating artificial intelligence into strategic management at the company level. By comparing and evaluating effective models, tools, and approaches, key success factors, benefits, and risks in implementing AI in strategic planning processes, making informed management decisions, and achieving sustainable competitive advantage have been identified. Benchmarking is considered an effective tool for reducing risk, optimizing resources, and increasing efficiency. The conclusions and recommendations made are applicable to improving strategic planning processes and increasing the competitiveness of organizations in the digital business environment.
