Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. Submissions will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

Paper length: 5–8 pages
Language: English
Format: IEEE conference format (details to be provided on the conference website)

·        Notice of acceptance of abstracts and the request to prepare a scientific article: 02 April 2026.

·        Full Paper Submission Deadline: 27 April 2026

Participation Fees

Registration fees are payable to Green Future Technology Engineering Centre, Latvia. The fee covers peer review, publication in the conference proceedings, conference materials, coffee breaks, official reception, and social program.

1.

Regular conference fee, which includes all expenses for one paper review and publication in conference proceedings, include cofee brakes, conference party and social events.

Discount fee. If one author wants to publish two articles, the fee for publishing the second article as well for accompanying persons.
